Giorgio Armani has said his fashion
group could undergo major changes when he is no longer at the
helm, saying he was not ruling out a merger or a stock-market
flotation.
"Independence from the big groups could still be a value for the
group in the future, but I don't feel I can exclude anything,"
the designer, who turns 90 in July, told Bloomberg.
"(A stock-market) listing is something we haven't discussed yet,
but it is an option that could be considered in the distant
future".
