2023 Serie A champs Napoli pulled
farther away at the top of the table with a 3-1 win over 11th
placed newly promoted and surprise package Como at the Maradona
Friday night.
The Azzurri now have 16 points form seven games, four ahead of
Juventus on 12 from six and five up on MIlan, Inter and Torino
on 11 from six.
Scotland midfielder Scott McTominay opned the scoring in the
first minute and Como's Brazilian forward Gabriel Strefezza
equalised on 43.
Belgium centre forward Romelu Lukaku scored from the penalty
spot to make it 2-1 in the 53rd minute and Brazil winger David
Neres added the third in the 86th minute.
Juventus entertain 16th placed Cagliari on Sunday at 12:30.
