Pope Francis again on Monday called
the parish of Gaza to voice his sympathy with them despite being
in critical condition in hospital with pneumonia, the Vatican
said.
In the evening, Pope Francis "called the parish priest of the
parish of Gaza to express his paternal closeness", the Vatican
press office reported.
"Pope Francis thanks all the people of God who have gathered in
recent days to pray for his health", it is added.
