Italy's Luca De Aliprandini, 34,
clinched a third position in the Adelboden giant slalom, a race
he has always loved.
He produced a stunning second leg rising nine places to claim
third place, 0.69sec behind Switzerlan's Marco Odermatt.
Odermatt clinched his fourth consecutive giant slalom victory,
ahead of compatriot Loic Meillard.
