The first exit poll results released
right after voting stations closed in Liguria's regional
election on Monday suggested that centre-right candidate Marco
Bucci is on course to win between 47-51% of the vote, ahead of
centre-left candidate Andrea Orlando with 45.5-49.5% of the
vote.
The exit poll was released by Opinion Italia for State
broadcaster RAI.
