AC Milan beat Parma 3-2 on Sunday thanks to two stoppage-time goals by Tijjani Reijnders and Samuel Chukwueze at San Siro.
Matteo Cancellieri had put the visitors in front with a shot from outside the box on 24 minutes but United States midfielder Christian Pulisic levelled with a penalty at the end of the first half.
Enrico Delprato put Parma back in front in the 80th minute only for the hosts to turn things around in dramatic fashion in injury time.
Milan are sixth in Serie A with 34 points from 21 games, 19 points behind leaders Napoli, ahead of the rest of the weekend's fixtures.
AS Roma also staged a comeback to beat Udinese 2-1 away.
The home team took the lead with a strike by Lorenzo Lucca late in the first half.
But Claudio Ranieri's Roma prevailed thanks to second-half penalties converted by Lorenzo Pellegrini and Artem Dovbyk.
Roma are ninth with 30 points.
